Omnipresent Information (OI)

The Logic of OI

If U₀ is eternal and fundamental, then:

1. It cannot be “absent” anywhere (since nothingness is impossible)
2. Our universe (Universe₁) must be made entirely of it (like a wave is made of ocean)

This means Universe₀ or U₀ (each pronounced universe zero) is everywhere – as fundamental to reality as wetness is to liquid water. You can’t have a universe “outside” U₀ any more than you can have dry water.

What Omnipresent Information Means
